Ulica Braće Radića 23, Petrijanec, (hereinafter: data controller) as a data controller collects your personal data for various purposes with the aim of selling products or contracting services, and the collection and processing of your data is guided by the principle of transparency and security.

This Statement has been drawn up with the aim of fulfilling the conditions regarding the legality of the processing of personal data and other conditions established and prescribed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on its repeal Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation).

In the event of a violation of data privacy or violation of the integrity of data within our database or that of one of our contracted partners, we will notify the competent authorities and all relevant persons within 72 hours of the violation.

The privacy statement can be changed at any time by publishing it on the website, and the changes take effect as soon as they are published on the page.
