NIKA-KONSTRUKCIJE d.o.o. Ulica Braće Radića 23, Petrijanec, (hereinafter: data controller) as a data controller collects your personal data for various purposes with the aim of selling products or contracting services, and the collection and processing of your data is guided by the principle of transparency and security.

This Statement has been drawn up with the aim of fulfilling the conditions regarding the legality of the processing of personal data and other conditions established and prescribed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on its repeal Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation).

The respondent has the right to demand the realization of any of the above-mentioned rights at any time.

THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY

If, as a respondent, you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by us is against the regulations on the protection of personal data, you can contact the Data Controller via our contact form on the website or send an e-mail to [email protected]
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than one month after receiving your request. In the event of the impossibility of securely confirming your identity, we will be free to request an additional verification of your identity.

You can also send your complaint to the supervisory authority – Personal Data Protection Agency, Zagreb, Selska 136, and from May 25, 2018, to the supervisory authority within the EU.

DATA BREACH
In the event of a violation of data privacy or violation of the integrity of data within our database or that of one of our contracted partners, we will notify the competent authorities and all relevant persons within 72 hours of the violation.

IMPROVING THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy statement can be changed at any time by publishing it on the website www.nika-konstrukcije.hr, and the changes take effect as soon as they are published on the page. For the same reason, we ask customers and visitors, or respondents, to periodically check the page for potential changes, as they will not be explicitly notified of changes.
